Julian Hitch has spent over two decades working in the high performance, self-improvement and wellbeing sectors. His wide experience includes training special forces units, coaching CEOs, and his former position as Director of Wellbeing for Leon Restaurants – the first job of its kind in the hospitality sector. Julian is also one of the world’s leading masters in the ancient Chinese martial art of Wing Tsun, and has a martial art school in London Bridge. He is the co-author of ‘Winning Not Fighting’, which explains how he used wisdom from Wing Tsun to help Leon Restaurants achieve 45% compound growth and expand from 17 to 71 restaurants in just five years. A qualified barrister, Julian also owns an organic Christmas tree farm in Bromley, Kent.
